Order Policy

  1. At least 3 days pre-order for delivery. Cut off time is at 3pm.
    (*Eg. If order is made on 1st March before 3pm, earliest delivery date will be on 4th March.
    If order is made on 1st March after 3pm, earliest delivery date will be on 5th March)
  1. Full payment is required upon confirmation of purchase via our online payment gateway.
  2. Prices shown are inclusive of SST but excluding delivery charges.
  3. Product photos are for illustration purpose and may be subject to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in size and screen resolution.
  4. Our products contain no added preservatives. Temperature fluctuations may affect the quality and shelf life of our products.
  5. Customers may request for a candle +/or ‘Happy Birthday’ tag. We do not provide writings on the cake.


Refund Policy

  1. No cancellation or amendment is allowed after order is confirmed.
  2. Products sold are not returnable or exchangeable.
  3. Please inspect items upon receiving and contact Sedap Corner immediately if item received is incorrect or damaged.
  4. If complaint is not made within 2 hours after delivery time, Sedap Corner will not be responsible for full refund due to the sensitive nature of our products.

 
Delivery Policy

  1. Selected delivery area in Johor Bahru only.
  2. Each order will be charged a one-time delivery fee.
  3. Delivery will be carried out by our company or third-party delivery partner.
  4. Fulfilment of the delivery shall be within the delivery time slot selected during the confirmation of order.
  5. Delivery time could be earlier or later than your preferred time slot due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Please ensure the receiver’s mobile number is reachable as driver may need to confirm receiver’s location.
  7. In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to the following reasons, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
    • Receiver is not present at the address given.
    • The address given is incorrect.
    • No such person at the given address.
    • No valid contact number was given to us to contact the recipient.
    • Reasonable attempts were made to contact the recipient but unsuccessful.
  8. For any unsuccessful delivery, Re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
